A request is not automatically a booking
A website submission is a request/RFQ. A job is confirmed only after the applicable scope, price, parties, and conditions are confirmed through the relevant written documents or communications.
Scope and quotation
Price, validity, inclusions, exclusions, schedule, loading/unloading, extra charges, cancellation, and other terms follow the quotation, order confirmation, work order, or other transaction documents applicable to the requirement.
Provider network
VOL may coordinate transporters, fleet owners, warehouse operators, handling providers, marine/special providers, or other supporting parties. Website capability listings do not imply ownership of all assets or guaranteed availability.
Cargo and site information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and sufficient information about the cargo, weight, dimensions, quantity, special/hazardous characteristics, site access, schedule, and relevant instructions. Changes should be communicated before execution where possible.
Payment
This website has no checkout or payment gateway. Any payment instruction follows the applicable transaction workflow and documents. Do not transfer funds based solely on a message that cannot be verified against the correct reference and counterparty.
Changes and cancellation
Change, mobilisation, waiting time, cancellation, rescheduling, extra handling, storage, or other charges apply only according to the conditions and transaction documents agreed for the job.
Incidents and claims
For loss, damage, delay, or other incidents, relevant parties should provide notice and evidence promptly. Liability and resolution are assessed against evidence, scope, relevant contracts/documents, insurance where applicable, and applicable law.
Security and anti-fraud
VOL does not ask for passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs, recovery codes, or online-banking access. Inconsistent bank-account, beneficiary, or payment-instruction changes must be re-verified before action.
Specific documents prevail
If general website information differs from a valid quotation, agreement, order confirmation, work order, or other specific transaction document, the specific transaction document governs that job to the extent permitted by applicable law.
