Data that may be processed
When you contact VOL, information may include your name, company, contact details, cargo information, route, schedule, and files you provide. This information is used to review requirements, communicate, prepare quotations, and support relevant work.
Website forms and spam protection
RFQ, contact, fleet availability, and partner-registration forms submitted through the website are stored for review and assigned a reference number. Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse; verification tokens are checked by the server before data is accepted. Public file upload is not enabled yet.
Access and data sharing
Information is shared only with parties that need it for relevant operational or commercial purposes. Partner details, vendor costs, internal margins, and restricted data are not intended for public disclosure.
Security and retention
VOL applies access controls and data separation appropriate to the system. No system can be promised to be absolutely risk-free; therefore access, logging, file handling, and retention are designed in layers and reviewed as operations evolve.
