HOW IT WORKS

Know what happens at every stage.

The process is staged so customers, partners, and VOL operators do not need to guess the status, responsibility, or next action.

  1. 01

    Submit your requirement

Provide the solution type, route/location, date, cargo, and contact details. Choose “Not sure” if you need help selecting a vehicle.

  2. 02

    Requirement review

VOL checks cargo, access, schedule, loading/unloading responsibility, and any special requirements so the scope is clear.

  3. 03

    Provider matching

VOL checks suitable options from its partner network or internal resources and verifies availability and cost basis.

  4. 04

    Quotation confirmation

The customer receives the scope and price for the specific requirement. The website has no checkout or automatic payment collection.

  5. 05

    Execution coordination

Once agreed conditions are met, execution is coordinated using the relevant PIC, reference, and operational documents.

  6. 06

    Evidence & closing

POD/BAST or other evidence is verified where relevant, then the job, claims, and settlement are closed through the applicable workflow.
