Data we may process
When you contact VOL, data may include your name, company, email, WhatsApp, cargo details, route/location, schedule, operational requirements, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Purpose of use
Information is used to review requirements, communicate, source and match providers, prepare quotations, run operational workflows, handle incidents/claims, maintain security, and support applicable obligations.
Limited sharing
Information is shared only to the extent needed with relevant parties for a requirement or job. Vendor costs, margins, restricted bank data, partner evaluations, and internal notes are not intended for public disclosure.
Form security
Public forms use anti-abuse verification and idempotency so safe retries are less likely to create duplicate submissions. Public file upload is not required for an initial request unless a specific feature is enabled.
Never send credentials
Never send passwords, OTP/TOTP codes, PINs, CVVs, recovery codes, API keys, private keys, session cookies, or online-banking credentials to VOL through forms, chat, email, or documents.
Retention and correction
Data is retained as needed for operations, security, audit, transaction closing, disputes, or other relevant purposes. Data-related requests can be sent through VOL official contacts.
